There are many reasons why individuals seek therapy. Sometimes it is to deal with psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction or concerns about body image. Other times it is in response to situational stress such as a relationship, break up, carrer change, or life transition. Therapy can even be about personal growth and exploration. As a therapist, I work to provide insight, support, coping skills, and strategies to help with life’s many challenges so that individuals can ultimately grow and learn from their experiences.
