I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice with over 27 years of education and experience in my field. I provide an opportunity to make changes in your life even if you have tried therapy before. My training has been in both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy and have completed both predoctoral and postdoctoral interships through Yale University. I specialize in the treatment of dissociative disorders, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, personality disorders and personal growth. I assist people to transform from feeling blocked in some area of their lives to achieving their own definition of success. I believe in deep work and in the capacity of psychotherapy to create lasting life changes. In addition to my practice, I enjoy being a consultant to other mental health professionals and the media.
