My experience living and working in other cultures has helped to expand my understanding of the human condition and greatly inform my practice of psychology. I enjoy incorporating Eastern techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, alongside Western approaches, especially cognitive psychology to assist my clients in their journeys to minimize suffering and maximize life satisfaction. Psychotherapy is something that almost everyone can benefit from. As we travel through life we accumulate many experiences. Some of these experiences may adversely affect our functioning beyond what would seem normal. Some of these experiences and biological situations may create psychological conditions.To understand how these experiences and may be affecting you and develop strategies to better cope with and recover from them psychotherapy can be very beneficial. Please consider how valuable your quality of life and functioning are and be proactive in improving your life. I am happy working with adults and couples as well as with children and adolescents and their families.
