Aspire Health Services (AHS) is a private, outpatient mental health practice owned and operated by Ellen Deckoff, LCSW. AHS's mission is to provide quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Ellen Deckoff emphasizes short term, solution focused approaches to treatment. Depending on your situation the initial session(s) will be spent clarifying your issues. Once we understand your issues. we will agree on the goals you wish to accomplish. Tasks or assignments are given to be practiced between sessions. The tasks are aimed at moving you toward the therapeutic goals we set together. We will discuss these tasks and your progress frequently.
