Being fully alive, having a fulfilling life and healthy relationships is possible for all of us. But we can get in our own way and short change ourselves. Fear, guilt, shame, sadness, pain, past traumas, addictions and compulsions all contribute to stifling the possibilities of who we are and what we can be. I believe that a careful exploration of these obstacles can open us up to a more authentic self, full of life, courage and our true potential.
Practicing since 1989, I integrate psychotherapy with Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT, Mindfullness and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help eliminate emotional and psychological blocks and get on with the task of living a full life.
