At times we all need extra support and help with overcoming difficulties. I am a holistic therapist and certified sex therapist with nearly 15 years experience. I am passionate about working with individuals who are creative and open-minded. As a holistic sex therapist, I specialize in the treatment of women’s health, body image, painful intercourse, sexual wellbeing, intimacy, relationship issues and eating disorders. I also specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and related issues, such as anxiety, depression and body image issues. From this work, I have learned to recognize that one size does not fit all. I tailor my clinical approach to fit the unique needs and strengths of each individual; looking at the entire person, rather than a disorder or label. My professional and personal journey have led me to blend Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy practices, mindfulness, somatic, meditation. compassion, breath and bodywork, and the creative healing arts when appropriate.
