I specialize in helping adolescents and adults with a range of issues including trauma, grief and loss (including pet loss), anxiety, depression, substance abuse/addiction, and life transitions. Sometimes our experiences transcend words, and as an art therapist, I offer the opportunity for expression in both visual and verbal language.
