Mobile Massage Therapy
I am a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, specializing in trigger point release/deep tissue. I incorporate swedish and myofascial techniques, and PNF and Isolated stretching along with NMT. My direction is toward pain management, restricted range of motion, injury rehabilitation, stress and headache management. I also provide corporate chair massage on location. I supply music and aromatherapy upon request. I am also a Reiki practitioner.
