TLC Physical Therapy, Inc. was started by Thea Pallansch, PT, DPT, and Connie Bacon, PTA. It is a private practice PT/PTA owned clinic which specializes in orthopedics, sports, total joint replacement rehab, chronic pain, wound care, and pediatrics. TLC Physical Therapy was started in 1997. Thea has been practicing for 34 years and Connie has been practicing for 16 years. Our main clinic is in Webster but we also have clinics in Sisseton (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and Veblen (as needed).
