I use humanistic-oriented counseling. In doing so, I ask these questions, among others:
ā-Do you want to be open to new experiences?
-Do you want to live each moment fully?
-Do you want to trust your own judgment?
-Do you want to exercise more freedom of choice?
-Do you want to feel free to be more creative?
-Do you want to balance your needs with everyone elses?
-Do you want to live a rich, full life?
In asking these questions, we can also address any issues relating to anxiety, depression, getting stuck in a rut, trauma, grief and any specific problems we have in being human.
I hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. I am currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Intern #57032, and practice psychotherapy under the supervision of Paul Chirumbolo, M.A., LMFT, Lic. #42253
