Since 1988, OrthoGo Physical and Aquatic Therapy, located in McHenry, IL, has specialized in orthopedics. Our rehabilitation facility has standard exercise equipment designed for everyday tasks, plus our trained therapist aids you in each exercise to help you on the road to recovery.
To take proper care of musculoskeletal problems, we use the McKenzie Method, used for back and neck problems. In this method there are three levels of assessment testing which use range of motion techniques and responses to pain.
We have a Therapeutic Pool on-site which allows individuals with weakness and/ or pain to exercise more easily and then progressing to land based exercises as the patient is able.
In addition to the McKenzie Method, we also provide excellent physical therapy for:

OrthoGo Physical Therapy customizes each program to suit your specific injury. You can relax in privacy during the rehabilitation exercises, and our physical therapists are always gentle and careful when working with you.
OrthoGO is a member many insurance plan networks. If you are not in network, special arrangements can be made to allow reasonable cost efficient care. Payment plans are also available for those that need them.
