Hi, I'm Mary. My approach is straight forward and collaborative. I integrate depth psychological understanding with various individualized methods. In my practice I work with individuals from age 6 to 70+ as well as with couples, families and groups. I believe many of us have developed ways of coping that interfere with achieving our desire to live happily and contently in type of relationships we choose. Psychotherapy helps us understand the impasses so that alternative choices can be made.
