Seeking therapy does not mean there is something wrong with you. Seeking therapy means you have enough insight to know you need some help figuring out next steps, making change, and creating support.
If you choose to commit to therapy with me you will find our journey to be a partnership in which ultimately you are helping yourself. That may not appeal to you at this point, but ultimately my job is to work myself out of a job. I believe individuals have the ability to uncover, rediscover, create, and foster enough internal strength to help themselves. This especially happens when they are given a safe space to explore themselves and engage with a skilled, open-hearted, non-judging, person to help them reflect, analyze, see patterns, create goals and make change. We will walk this journey together creating goals and achieving insight derived from the brilliance that shines within you.
