My table and / or chair can be set up anywhere you like inside or out , as long as there is a stable flat surface and the weather permits .
I offer both Western and Eastern modalities .
~ Swedish Massage for relaxation, pain management and a feeling of well being.
~ Sports massage, both western and Russian for muscle manipulation giving a pre - sport and / or post sporting event prepping invigorating and after event healing.
~ Cranial sacral for deep relaxation. Spinal and skull structures are manipulated to improve the flow of cranial fluid and blood . Also used for releasing pressure due to injury to the spinal structure.
~ Reflexology is done on the feet, or hands if necessary to improve the function of organs, glands and other structures of the body that are represented on certain areas of the foot.
~ Shiatsu is performed in loose clothing , entirely on the floor, rug or mat. Meaning " finger pressure " it involves applied pressure using thumbs, fingers and palms. I also incorporate stretching and joint manipulation.
