I talk to nervous people who question if therapy works. They leave my office relaxed, sometimes laughing, most importantly hopeful. I am fascinated by the growth that happens when people feel safe and not judged. I invite you to be yourself. Only when we accept who we are; are we open to change. My approach is first of all nonjudgmental. I love to see people blossom when they feel that they can be who they are, and share all their thoughts and feelings.
