I believe counseling is a great resource for helping you to learn new skills. Counseling will provide you with a chance to develop greater self-insight and awareness so you can break old habits and develop new, healthy patterns in your life. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and families. I have specialized training and experience in: biofeedback, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), coaching, mindfulness practices, play therapy, family systems, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and supporting people through the process of change. My focus is on providing you with a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive place to explore your concerns in a deep and meaningful way. I work from a whole person, strengths-based approach.
