I have years of experience working with depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, relationship conflict and difficult life transitions.
I believe the caring and supportive relationship I have with my clients is central to the healing process. My work is strength-based, resting on the belief that each of us holds within the strengths and resources to find solutions. My role is to help you identify and access those strengths in support off the changes you desire.
I have a specialty interest in eating disorders and have helped both teens and adults work toward recovery. I also provide counseling for families and friends coping with a loved one's eating disorder.
