Pathways to Wellness has been serving the Orange County, California, community since 1991. We specialize in adult individual, couple, and group psychotherapy and do workshops for growth-oriented individuals and for professionals in the fields of psychotherapy, counseling, personal coaching, and business and organizational consulting. We offer individual, couple, and group counseling and are trained in a number of different modalities, Cognitive-Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, and Acceptance & Commitment therapies, Voice Dialogue, and EMDR. We work with addictions, do grief and trauma counseling, and offer pre-marital counseling, and intensive couples marathon therapy for those coming to see us from a distance. We are Certified in Gottman Couples Therapy, as an ASL (Gottman Art & Science of Love) Workshop Leader, and in EMDR.
