Dr. Robert Karman has 25 years experience helping individuals, groups, and couples seeking results-oriented psychotherapy, counseling and evaluations. Active duty and retired military and their dependents, as well as children, teens, and adults from every walk of life have come to trust Dr. Karman for his practical insight, professional expertise, and patient-driven outcomes.
Dr. Karman received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Biola University, and earned a dual-major B.S .in History & Philosophy of Science and Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Board Certified Diplomate-Fellow in Psychopharmacology. Dr. Karman has completed numerous continuing education courses with concentration in psychopharmacology, behavior modification, play and children’s therapy, workers compensation assessments, diagnosis and treatment of PTSD, depression, ADHD, ADD and many other mental and behavioral conditions.
Dr. Karman is a member of the American Psychological Association, California Psychological Association.
