Suffering from anxiety, depression or stress can prevent you from finding enjoyment in daily life, as well as hinder the discovery of your true potential. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a unique social connection that allows individuals a safe space to explore their past, adjust their present, and plan for their future. My counseling approach is cognitive behavioral which can help promote understanding of negative thinking and enhance the ability to change behavior.
