Jennifer has a goal-oriented, person-centered, direct style of therapy that is intended to help you make the changes you want to make. She believes that therapy is a collaborative endeavor that takes place within an encouraging, empathic and non-judgmental environment. She strongly believes in tailoring a treatment plan to each client's needs while applying a variety of therapeutic and holistic techniques from her clinical training and experiences. Jennifer believes that every person has the potential to be successful but at times may not have the skills to accomplish their goals. Therefore, the aim of therapy is to work with the individual or family to identify obstacles, strengths and goals while providing guidance, support and empowerment.
