Therapeutic (clinical) massage pulls us up when we're down and fortifies us when we're up. Massage has been shown effective in pain relief and pain management, circulation improvement, stress reduction and immune system support, improvement in lymphatic flow, musculoskeletal support, aide in respiratory function, recovery from different types of injuries, and even blood pressure reduction. Massage has also been demonstrated to be effective in combating anxiety and depression, and reducing the stresses we've all come to know at work and home. Massage benefits us physiologically and psychologically.
My mission, as a massage therapist dedicated to my client's health, is to help them through all of these challenges so that they might live their lifes to their fullest!.
