The healing touch of massage brings balance to one's body, mind and spirit. It is through identifying this balance on an individual level that one's natural healing powers are understood and sustained.
While massage can alleviate pain and stress, enhance athletic performance and accelerate recovery from injury, it can also help to increase one's body self-awareness and sensitivity, encourage self-esteem and improve one's emotional awareness.
In my practice I aim to encourage and explore balanced health for my clients and myself while creating a professional and supportive environment. It is my hope that each client will leave a session as a uniquely whole, vital and balanced individual.
