35 yo male can't deal with daily tasks, making appointments or even talking on the phone. Disability/Medicare.
Any availabilities for therapy? Also eval for diagnoses (which he needs for SSI redetermination)? In past has been resistant to therapy or psychiatry but so down right now that he's asked for help. In person, at least for the first appointment. Thanks in advance for your time,
