I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals across the lifespan. My approach blends DBT, ACT, narrative, and strengths-based practices to support clients in exploring their identity, building sustainable tools, and navigating life’s challenges. I believe healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and empowered in a safe, collaborative space.
Bio
As a first-generation, queer, bilingual Latina, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into my work as a mental health counselor. I know how challenging it can be to navigate spaces where your identity isn’t fully understood, and I strive to be the kind of therapist I once needed. My goal is to create an affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space where clients can show up fully as themselves.

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. I pull from modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based practices to meet each client where they are. I believe that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone, and my job is to help clients build tools that feel authentic and sustainable for their unique journeys.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and have a passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC individuals, first-gen experiences, and anyone exploring identity, life transitions, self-worth, or emotional regulation. I also understand the impact of systemic oppression, family dynamics, and cultural expectations, and I hold space for the complexity that comes with navigating these layered experiences.

Whether you're exploring your gender identity, healing from past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or simply trying to figure out the next step, you're not alone. I’m here to walk with you, challenge with care, and celebrate your growth. You are the expert in your life, and I’m honored to be a supportive witness and guide along the way.
