We believe that our physical and emotional selves are directly linked, and thereby affect each other in both negative and positive ways. Therefore, emotional pain is our body and mind’s way of letting us know that something needs our attention. If we choose to accept responsibility for our health in this way, we will be aiding ourselves toward our natural drive for wellness.

My philosophy is to provide a complete and through evaluation and then together we can decide if medication is your best option. I completed my MA in mental health counseling in 1994 and received my MSN/ARNP in 2002. I completed a Post-Masters Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification at the University of Florida. I serve individuals of all ages with expert holistic nursing care focusing on recovery from physical and mental illness. I have appointments available afternoons, evenings and Saturdays for your convenience.
