Relationships are essential to our overall health and well-being. Good connections develop and strengthen us, and are a source of encouragement and resilience in the face of life's difficulties and setbacks. Difficult connections are painful and can impair and even immobilize us. So it's important to attend to how we interact with others and find ways to improve the quality of our relational life.
I focus on finding ways of developing healthier and more satisfying relationships with the significant people in your life. Whether it’s your spouse, partner, friend, co-worker, or a family member, they matter. Difficulty in any one of them can lead to anxiety, depression, or just feeling stuck and confused. The solutions include understanding and improving your attachment style, personal boundaries, and developing skills for more effective communication, conflict resolution and problem solving.
My approach integrates the psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of life that leads to making good choices for self-care and healthy connections. |
