Bryan Bugay, LCPC
I specialize in working with individuals of all ages with all types of anxiety (including social anxiety, selective mutism, and separation anxiety), OCD, phobias, hair pulling/skin picking, and hoarding.
I also work with a lot of children with emotional and behavioral issues. When working with young children, I frequently have parents in the session with their child. Parent coaching is also available when working with families.
The therapy I use consists of Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I help people to focus more on what is important to them and less on their worries and obsessions.
