Coach Nelson has over 15 years of experience training professional and amateur boxers. He is a certified Boxing & Fitness trainer. He has trained heavy weight champs such as two time world champ Shannon Briggs. He is recognized for his innovative approach to training boxers of all levels, from beginners to the professionals. Coach Nelson is well known in the boxing community for his intensely fast pad work and has successfully incorporated cardio strength exercises into the traditional pro-style boxing training to create his fast-paced, high energy, intense total body workouts.
