I have been in full time, private practice since 1973. I see clients in my private third floor office of my home office. I am also experienced in telephone sessions where considered appropriate.
I specialize in seeing individuals and couples. My focuses include, but are not limited to depression, stress management, gay/lesbian issues or relationships, marriage counseling, marriage & family counselng, anxiety, work related issues and much more. I help you get through what you are experience so that you are able to live a fufilling life outside of therapy.
We accept many insurances inculding but not limited to: Medical Mutual, Anthem BCBS, Aetna Medicare, Medicare, Humana, Cleveland Clinic, and UnitedHealth. Please contact our office to check on your insurance.
Bio
I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Post Graduate Certificate in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. I am a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology-American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), Certificate from the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and I am a licensed Psychologist in Ohio and Michigan. I was Chairperson, Couple and Family Therapy Training Program, Cleveland Gestalt Institute for 25 years. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Ohio Psychological Association, the Cleveland Psychological Association, and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, as well as other organizations.
