Experienced, Highly Qualified Psychotherapist
For help with life transitions, depression, grief and loss
I believe that "talk therapy", often called psychodynamic psychotherapy, offers the best and most effective means of helping people understand and manage life challenges. While often experienced in, perhaps triggered by, present life circumstances, these challenges are often based in deeply rooted old patterns we find so hard to change on our own.

People seek therapy for many reasons, including Identifiable symptoms such as bouts of anxiety, feelings of depression, grief, loss, repetitive behaviors, or simply feeling stuck in work and in relationships. But many people also enter therapy because of a less defined sense of "something is just wrong" with their lives, because they are dealing with dissatisfactions within their relationships or with their career aspirations. Whatever your initial impetus for seeking psychotherapy, my approach is always an active interactive one, using a psychoanalytic context to understand current difficulties. I believe that what is most important about any type of therapy is that the approach is tailored to your unique situation and needs.

My practice reflects an individualized approach to each client. I am an experienced, well-trained, caring clinician and I work with integrity and dedication to provide the highest quality of care to those who seek help from me.
