Life Isn't Easy. Therapy Helps.
I can help you rewire your brain and improve your life.
Is your life, or your relationship, not quite where you want it to be? Are you feeling stuck or misunderstood? Are you struggling with anxiety, codependency, depression, PTSD, or grief? Do you feel as if your past trauma is negatively impacting your current life?

No one knows you as well as you do: your dreams, desires, goals, struggles, feelings, ambitions, relationships, etc. Sometimes internal and external pressure becomes too much to bear alone. As a therapist, I can help you understand your experiences in an empathic and safe space that promotes healing, growth, and the creative exploration of all areas of life. You will set the pace as we explore the issues most important to you, including daily hardships, navigating relationships, and untangling pain - past and present.

As an expert in individual and couple counseling, I’m deeply passionate about helping people improve their relationships, enhance their emotional well-being, break free of anxiety and depression, discover their strengths, and re-empower their lives.
Education/Training
I obtained my Masters degree in Counseling from Portland State University, with a specialty in Marital, Couple and Family Therapy, which has enriched my life. I have been certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and I have additional, long-term training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method. I have been able to help many individuals, families, and couples create healthier, more satisfying relationships with themselves and others. It is a profound experience to witness the ways in which people are able to overcome their struggles and empower themselves. It brings me great satisfaction to be able to help others make permanent positive changes in their lives and in their relationships. I grow and learn from each of my clients and have the utmost respect and admiration for their courage and commitment to heal.
Bio
I work with individuals and couples at all phases of their lives/relationships. I find trauma, attachment, and systems frameworks helpful in making meaning of the human experience. This means I'm interested in exploring your internal world, embodied experience, important relationships, and the external structures impacting your life.
