Empowering Clients for Life!
Dena Ray, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, Hypnotherapist
“I feel very optimistic that people have the ability to make positive changes in their lives and can create lives that are rich with meaning. Within a therapeutic relationship of trust and connection, I help people understand how their perceptions can keep them feeling and remaining stuck . With support, understanding, and clarity, clients can begin feeling motivated and able to to master the different and difficult challenges life presents.
I employ a number of skills to help people achieve positive change in their lives. Through a relationship of trust and connection, together we figure out how perceptions can keep people stuck. By understanding and obtaining clarity, my clients master challenges in their relationships, alter habits, adjust to the transitions of life, cope with chronic illness, and more.
Bio
I have been in practice over 25 years in Massachusetts and have loved every minute of this experience.
In my psychotherapy practice, I currently see clients of all ages with a wide range of challenges. Through hypnotherapy, I help clients address such issues as clenching, bruxism and other dental issues, headaches, sleep problems, weight issues, pain management and many other difficulties. I also run groups for parents of children with special needs.
