The studio is designed to help you purify the mind/body system of toxins through the use of Individualized Yoga Therapy Programs, Ayurvedic Treatments, Pancha Karma, Asana Classes, Educational Workshops, Meditation, and other practices.

Bio
Devon Beninga, CBS, RYT, is the owner of Ananda Yoga Therapy Studio. She is a Registered Yoga Therapist, Certified Panchakarma Practioner, Certified Biofeedback Therapist, a Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, and a Perfect Health Instructor (teaching Ayurvedic living principals), through the Chopra Center and Ayurvedic Medecine Practioner. Devon is also a Usui and Kundalini Reike Master/Teacher, and Minister. She helps guide clients back to their innate balance of mind-body-spirit, through the integration of the ancient wisdom traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda.
