Erin Lindvall, Ph.D., LMFT #99766
Psychotherapist specializing in Grief and Trauma
I love my work as a psychotherapist, and consider it an honor and privilege to work with my clients and share in their quest for personal growth. I know that the decision to start therapy is often a difficult one. I applaud your willingness and initiative. My approach aims to engage, to inspire, and to help you imagine new possibilities. My goal is to assist you in developing tools and skills that enable you to more effectively deal with life and its challenges. Transitions can be difficult, yet unavoidable if we are to grow. I have specialized training in the field of grief, loss, and trauma and bring a depth of skill sets to assist with all transition in life. In order to grow we must transform that which no longer serves us, and make space for that which is to blossom. I look forward to support this transformation within you.

Bio
Regarding Grief and Loss "It is not if, it is when" and the big question is "how will you be changed in the process?" We all will experience loss in some form through health, career, divorce, family, friends... it truly is woven into the fabric of life. At times we need support and it can really help quicken the experience. I can work with you through the crisis period and then help you process the meaning of what the loss or transition has set into motion helping you mindfully cross the bridge to where you must go next. I have trained and worked for 13 years in the field specializing in grief and loss and take a psychodynamic approach to working through the natural stages of loss. I have supported many individuals and families as they have successfully traversed this process and would like to help you.
