Guiding You to the Skills You Need
To Lead a Happy Life
I'm a dependable skillful competent therapist who can help you resolve your relationship or individual problems. I like to work with clients who want to make rapid but enduring changes in their lives. Therapy is a process that takes into account all aspects of life that may be out of balance including emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual factors. Call me if you want a guide who will help you improve your relationship, reduce your stress, relate better to your children, or help you gain the skills you need to get your life back on track. I work with couples, individuals and families in a safe, caring and comfortable stetting. My specialty is helping people work through problems that are keeping them from functioning at their best. If you are feeling stuck, uncertain, or at a roadblock in your life call me. I can help you move forward. My Claremont and West Covina offices are freeway close. I have daytime and evening hours, and take Saturday appointments. I mold each session to meet your personal needs. My clients walk away from a session feeling they have learned something about themselves and have been given skills to solve their problems. A persons spirituality is important to me and I work with clients to help them make sense of their life and find their life purpose.
