I am a Certified Bilingual (English/Russian) Marriage and Family Therapist and Hypnotherapist. I have a private practice, where I lead groups, work with couples as well as individual clients.
My techniques focus on helping people regain their physical health, mental peace and attain emotional stability.
I use the wisdom contained in ancient traditions to reveal the inner workings of the mind-body balance.
I try to help a person understand their thoughts and emotions, which enables them to recognize their behavioral patterns.
Once these patterns are identified, I share tools that will give people ability to become their own healers.
Education/Training
Ella has a Masters Degree in Psychology and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and a Guided Imagery Facilitator.
Bio
Ella’s hypnosis practice is predicated upon 21 years of work in highly stressful corporate environments. Since that time, using her own techniques, she has assisted countless numbers of colleagues to mitigate corporate stress and to live healthier, more balanced lives.
She works with the clients in the areas of stress management, anger control, depression and anxiety disorders, relationships, behavioral issues, habit control, eating disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). She provides therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.
Ella continues to expand her education in psychotherapy by constantly attending workshops, conferences and seminars.

She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), the American Hypnosis Association (AHA), and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH).
