Former Massage Therapist to San Diego Chargers with over 20 years of experience in Massage and Physical Therapy. I have a strong background in Sports Medicine, rehabilitating professional and recreational athletes and increasing their performance dramatically through my care. Having worked in hospital settings has allowed me to tend to a more sensitive population, enhancing my compassion and awareness of acute pain levels. Whether you are looking for strong, deep tissue bodywork, lymphatic massage, energy healing or anything in between, you will be pleased with the outcome of your session.
My practice is located conveniently close to Downtown Encinitas, easily accessible from Coast Hwy 101 and right by the beach in a beautiful garden setting. You will find my little sanctuary inviting, nurturing and soothing to your senses. Relax, unwind... be transformed.

With over 20 years of experience in the health care field I have devoted myself to healing, inspiring and enhancing lives by combining Western and Eastern Philosophy with unconditional love. I was born and educated in Cologne, Germany and moved to Del Mar in 1992. For many years I worked in Physical and Massage Therapy settings and had the privilege to study with many great mentors and continue my education ongoing, after graduating from Healing Hands as H.H.P. I have always been drawn to Energy Healing and my practice has thrived with it. My intention is to bring your Body, Mind and Spirit into Balance, allowing you to feel connected and at your best health. I provide precision and results in all my healing modalities, whether you are looking for skilled Deep Tissue Massage or Energy Work. My Manual Lymph Drainage is extremely effective addressing your ailments and boosting your immune system. Through clearing blockages and visualization techniques you will manifest changes in all areas of your life. I utilize Crystals and Aroma Therapy to support each treatment. I am passionate about empowering you to create and live the life of your dreams and I feel honored to accompany you on your journey!
