It would be my pleasure & privilege to help You attain your health and fitness goals. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an RRCA Certified Long Distance Running Coach, and am excited to pass my training knowledge on to you. My goal is for you to feel strong, healthy, solid, capable, and confident.

I offer fitness training to enthusiastic, hard-working, positive individuals who are at least somewhat experienced with exercise, and have awareness of their bodies. I am the trainer for you if:
- you love to workout hard, and are looking to spice up your exercise routine
- you are a runner who wants guidance on how to strength train to stay running strong and injury-free

I provide fitness training in clients' homes or outdoors at a park.

Bio

I'm passionate about serving others with fitness training simply because it brings me joy. I've been an athlete my whole life participating in a number of individual and team sports. For 18 years, I have been running, and for 12 years, I have been strength training. I enjoy being in my body, being physically active, spending time outdoors, traveling worldwide, vegan cooking/eating, reading, and counseling. Recently, I completed a counseling program called, Interchange, which transformed my life in better ways!
