Fitness for the Autism Population
Autism Fitness
Fitness programs for the young autism population (5-25). I offer:
- 1-to-1 sessions
- Small group sessions
- In-home consulting
- Educational program consulting and staff training
- PE Curriculum development
For nearly a decade I have been working exclusively with the young autism population, creating fun, effective fitness programs that focus on individual goals. My background in behavior analysis enables me not only to develop programs that are appropriate from a physical standpoint, but from adaptive and cognitive perspectives as well. In addition to working directly with my athletes, I provide workshops and seminars nationwide. I have consulted with international organizations on optimal strategies for incorporating physical fitness into the lives of children and adults with autism.
