Individual, couple, family and group counseling services are offered in addition to seminars; educational, enrichment and consciousness raising groups including relationships, men's issues and Mind/Body/Spirit Integrative Health Education for prevention and high level wellness.
Our approach to mental health counseling and education emphasizes prevention, wellness, and positive mental health for individuals and couples. We bring over 30 years of experience with a unique orientation that blends traditional counseling and psychotherapy with Jungian Psychology, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Body/Mind techniques. Cost effective? If you can't afford prevention how can you afford illness? A year of counseling is less expensive than one hospitalization.

Bio
Geoff Byrd is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, advanced clinician. He holds degrees in Psychology and Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and the Medical College of Virginia. Geoff specializes in relationships, including men's issues and offers individual counseling for adult men and women, relationship counseling, seminars, support groups and teaches meditation. Geoff also provides Integrative Health Education services for patients of affiliated medical practices. He is a graduation of the Professional training program of the Institute for Mind Body Medicine.
