Secondly, whether you want to relax with a light pressure Swedish massage and/or hot stone therapy, or your achy muscles and knots need some deep tissue work our 30, 60 & 90 minute massage sessions are designed for your therapeutic needs.

Lastly, results are not guaranteed unless you are consistently doing the work once you have been given the proper tools. Exercise, massage and nutrition its all right here under one roof and In Touch Wellness can help you incorporate all aspects of "wellness" into your life.

Bio

My name is Jennifer Cerulli, Owner of In-Touch Wellness, LLC., I have been a Personal Trainer for ten years and recently I became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Connecticut. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am also certified through American Council of Exercise (ACE) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

My passion for helping others with their weight loss goals came after I struggled with my own weight issues. Through my studies and the knowledge I gained from obtaining my degree, I have lost more than 60lbs and I have kept it off for more than ten years. During the last ten years, I have truly enjoyed helping others overcome their obstacles with weight loss as well as recover from injury, build strength and endurance, and help with general relaxation through massage.
