Psychotherapy for Mind, Body and Spirit
Transpersonal Therapy
I work with individuals and groups who intend to live fully, in mind, body and spirit. The way I see and practice psychotherapy can help you to come to terms with emotions and experiences; and can give you a new start to live your life to your full potential. My goal is to assist you in gaining tools for transformation and to support you in realizing your abilities and making them a reality.
If you are interested in the more technical aspect of my work, my theoretical training includes the approaches of Rogers, Jung , Adler, Perls, and Maslow. My PhD studies focused on studying altered states of consciousness, dreams, symbols and archetypes.
For clients interested in the transpersonal approach, I can offer processes to awaken the wider dimensions of consciousness. This provides a larger perspective to life, looking at questions like “What is my purpose?” or ” What did my soul come to accomplish?” The transpersonal approach may include cultivating expanded states of consciousness such as meditation, inter-life experiences, hypnosis, and intuition. This can help you to unfold your own intuitive and subconscious awareness so you can foster your own self-healing and experience a greater self-expression.
