I am a down to Earth therapist who enjoys the relational aspect of therapy and learning who my clients are as individuals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each unique individual or couple. Some of these include Somatic work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches. I am also a Certified Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist, and a Certified Trauma Professional.
