I offer a holistic approach to massage therapy with a massage tailored to fit your specific needs. Because each client is different, each massage is unique. I combine different modalities and techniques to assure you that you are getting exactly what your body needs to rejuvenate itself... Body, Mind and Spirit.
In addition to the mechanics and techniques of competent body work, the massage therapist must be able to create a safe space for the client to heal. This comes from the physical setting that the therapist provides, and, most of all, it is in the way the therapist listens with hands and heart and responds individually, within appropriate boundaries, to the client.
Before the massage begins, we will chat briefly about what specifics you are looking for in the massage and the basics of my massage. Communication is key to comfort, and comfort is key to relaxing, and relaxing is key to getting the greatest benefit from a massage.
