I am a therapist who is adept at working with a wide range of emotional problems and can help you resolve your issues with lasting results. Adults turn to me for help with depression, loneliness, work stress, parenting, and relationship problems. I work with women on a variety of issues including low sexual desire, poor body image, and low self-esteem. As a sex therapist, I help couples create more intimate and fulfilling couple experiences.
I offer periodic workshops for women, group, couple, & individual therapy for adults, and clinical supervision for mental health professionals.
Education/Training
I am a NAAP-Certified Psychoanalyst, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Besides my graduate degree I have completed post-graduate training at the Institute for Modern Psychoanalysis in Manhattan and the Metro Washington Center of the International Psychotherapy Institute in Bethesda. Also, I have been a guest speaker at a variety of area community groups and have taught sociology at Gwynedd-Mercy College as an adjunct professor.
