Insightful Therapy & Consulting

Reflect. Reframe. Renew.

313 S. 16th Street
Modern psychoanalysis offers a deeper, more lasting approach to personal growth than short-term therapies. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, it helps uncover the underlying patterns and emotional dynamics that shape your experience, creating space for meaningful, lasting change.

I also offer consulting services for nonprofit leaders and educators. With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychoanalyst—including nine years as Executive Director of a psychoanalytic institute and seven years serving on a national accreditation board—I bring a unique blend of clinical insight, leadership experience, and organizational expertise to the table.

My approach is grounded in modern psychoanalytic principles, offering a thoughtful, steady space for clients to reflect, gain insight, and make meaningful change.
