By using a variety of therapeutic techniques, my goal is to help you find the best way to improve your well-being and emotional health.
Talking about personal problems or feelings isn't easy. Play, art, and music therapy techniques can be utilized to express thoughts or issues. My goal is to assist each client in finding the best method of expression that will begin the healing process based on his or her individual needs.
