Bio
Four years. For four years, I grieved the loss of my mother, feeling as if I could never truly heal. Then by chance, I stumbled upon an article about hypnotherapy. Intrigued, I scheduled my first session unaware of the profound journey it would ignite within me.
Through hypnotherapy, I not only found a path to overcome my grief but also gained fresh perspectives on life and a deeper appreciation for the world around me. This experience inspired me to delve deeper into the field, leading me to the classrooms of Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy where I trained to become a hypnotherapist myself.
What I learned is that each of us holds the inner resources necessary for healing. All we need is our own permission to awaken these strengths within us. This understanding drives my passion for working with others, including the elderly, especially those facing challenges like dementia, to find comfort and connection through hypnotherapy (check out more here).
