I believe in our capacity to create change
If you are struggling with painful feelings of depression or anxiety; if you are feeling stuck, empty and hopeless; if drinking, getting high or hooking up is becoming a problem, psychotherapy can help you.

You can heal from feelings of shame, grief, childhood traumas, addictions and painful feelings. Psychotherapy can help you to begin building more fulfilling relationships, gain a greater ability to be intimate and become the person you want to be.

Through my own personal experience and in my work
with others I have come to firmly believe that change is possible through psychotherapy.

* You can feel better about yourself

* Have more fulfilling relationships

* Stop abusing drugs and alcohol

* Find relief from depression and anxiety

* Reach your potential and find your true self
Individual therapy

Through individual therapy you can gain a better awareness and understanding of who you are and grow to discover your true self. You can feel increased self-esteem and self-confidence, be able to develop satisfying and healthy relationships, and make the changes in your life that will lead you to your true potential.

Working with an integrative approach, I combine elements of psychodynamic, humanistic and self-psychology to help you reach your goals and your potential.

Couples/Marriage therapy

A strong, loving, and healthy relationship provides much more than companionship and support. It also encourages both partners to be their best as individuals.  Couples/Marriage therapy helps couples recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. You both can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding your relationship bringing joy to both your lives.
