Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
Every Saturday, I do a free demonstration on Zoom of my practical approach to psychotherapy at 9 AM Eastern. I take a volunteer and discuss a problem, and I show them how to change their emotional and behavioral reactions to the adversity they face. I help people change their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to address their problems more effectively. Observing my work will help you see how I teach people practical solutions to their problems. Write to me at REBTDoctor@gmail.com to get the Zoom link. Go to my website, REBTDoctor.com, and view the free audio and video on this sensible approach to therapy. Do your homework before you choose your therapist. Psychotherapy is more than a confidential relationship where you vent week after week. I teach you skills and ideas you can use for the rest of your life to cope with life's most difficult challenges.
